Privacy policy
Information we collect
We collect the details you give us at checkout or when creating an account: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We also keep a record of your orders and any messages you send us.
How we use it
Your information is used to process orders, arrange Aramex delivery, provide customer support and — only if you opt in — send occasional updates about new releases.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with our courier and payment partners to fulfil your order. We never sell your personal information.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
Security
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with strict access controls. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
