Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract of sale is formed once we confirm payment and dispatch. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free nationwide. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

Delivery risk

Risk passes to you on delivery to the address supplied. Please ensure the address and contact number you provide are accurate.

Returns

Our returns terms are set out on the Shipping & Returns page and do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
