Shipping & returns

Delivery is free on every order, nationwide, via Aramex door-to-door. Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next working day.

• Major centres: 2–4 business days
• Regional and outlying areas: 3–5 business days
• Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel is collected

We deliver to physical addresses only — Aramex cannot deliver to post boxes. Please provide a daytime address where someone can sign for your parcel.

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.

1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We arrange an Aramex collection from your address.
3. Once received and inspected, we ship your exchange or process your refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received. Socks cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
